Lucas Potter, PhD – Co-CEO

Lucas Potter is a biomedical engineer and researcher who earned his Ph.D. from Old Dominion University, focusing on the integration of biology, medicine, and engineering principles. He currently serves as an engineer at BiosView Labs, where his work specializes in the emerging field of cyberbiosecurity, addressing vulnerabilities at the intersection of biological systems and digital infrastructure. His extensive academic portfolio includes dozens of publications on topics ranging from medical device security and healthcare informatics to the impacts of misinformation on public health

Xavier-Lewis Palmer, PhD – Co-CEO

Xavier-Lewis Palmer is an interdisciplinary researcher and engineer whose work spans the fields of biomedical engineering, biotechnology, and cybersecurity. He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering and multiple master’s degrees, focusing his academic output on the intersection of biological safety and digital infrastructure, a field known as cyberbiosecurity. In addition to his research at Old Dominion University and BiosView Labs, he is an active advocate for STEM education and has published extensively on topics including 3D bioprinting, healthcare informatics, and the impact of social media misinformation on public health.
